When listing a rental, enter ONLY the week number, year and room type in the Subject line.
Example: "Week 20 2013 Presidential" and days if a partial week. Do not use abbreviations, use the full word for "Week" and "room type" and use digits for the week number and year. Do not list the room number in the subject and do not use the words "for rent", everything here is for rent. It is to your advantage to follow these rules.

Dan, I have made other arrangements and I will not be renting your Week 19. Your suite is in a wonderful location and your price is reasonable. I do not think you will have a problem renting it.
