Renting my Presidential unit (sleeps 6) for week 28 this summer-"2025". It is located on the 4th floor smack in the center of the complex, overlooking pool and ocean. It has two bedrooms-Master suite has king size bed. Renovated bathroom with handicap walk-in rain shower and private space with toilet and sink-All handicap accessible. Master bedroom has big picture window overlooking complex and sliding glass doors to access the patio from your room. There is a living room that has sliding glass doors to go out on patio too. So, there are two ways to get to the patio without interrupting your guests. Dining room, full kitchen. Then another bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together. Separate bathroom outside of bedroom with shower, toilet and sink. Both bathrooms have hairdryers. There is also an ironing board and a wall safe to keep your valuables. There are extra sheets for pull out couch, pillows and blankets.
Price is $2000,00 for the week.
