Air Conditioning

I just spoke with someone staying there this week and they’re telling me there is no AC and that they weren’t going to fix it until September?????? I’m really hoping this isn’t true!!!! I’m coming down in a few weeks and staying for my 2weeks that my maintenance fee that I pay for allows me too!!! And a fan is not going to be acceptable either!!! Can you please provide me with more information regarding this??? Thanks
