I am interested in renting a presidential room for Saturday 9/18 and checking out on Tuesday 9/21. One person.
If the room is going to be empty next week, then take my money and run. $300 for 3 nights.
I am an owner since 1988 and am on on the CDM's nominating committee for potential board members. I can either send you a check on next Wednesday morning or ask some here how to send money via email I am not a tech person, I'm too old I guess.

CDM is full although they only have 65% occupancy. But they cannot rent a room in case the owner shows up.
