Our family are longtime owners at CDM. We are currently offering for sale our Presidential suites during weeks 8, 10, 13 & 14 (February, March & April). The Presidential suites are 2BR, 2 Bath and are newly renovated!
Weeks 10, 13 & 14 are available with first use in 2025. Week 8 first availability is 2026.
Prices range from $14-19k. Multi-week discounts available!
All suites have magnificent ocean/beach views and can accommodate up to six. They feature a King bed in the Master Bedroom, twin beds in the 2nd BR (can be connected to make a king) as well as a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen for six, Living Room, Dining Room and walk-out balcony/patio.
